Our Wedding

Kurt and Bailey’s story began the way many great love stories do — at Sports Bar in downtown Fargo. Kurt spotted Bailey early in the night but took a little time to work up the courage to go say hello. Eventually, bravery (and maybe a drink or two) won out and he introduced himself.Bailey didn’t make it too easy for him at first and played a little hard to get, but Kurt’s spunky, spontaneous spirit was hard to resist. What started as a casual conversation at the bar quickly turned into something much more, and the two officially started dating in May 2021.A few years later, Kurt planned a much more romantic setting than that first meeting. During a trip to Key West, Florida with some of their best friends, he asked Bailey to spend forever with him. She said yes — and they can’t wait to celebrate the next chapter of their story with all of you (preferably with a drink in hand).

Hjemkomst Center is a local culture and heritage center with a real viking ship inside. You have to pay for admission but a cool, little thing to do.

One of our go to date spots! Awesome burgers and a ton of draft beers, great chips and dips! Bailey's Go To Order: Classic Burger (add cheese and grilled onions) with garlic parmesan chips with jalapeño ranch. Kurt's Go To Order: JL Burger (add jalapeño and raw onions) with dill pickle chips and R dip.

If you are a fan of the movie Fargo. They have the wood chipper on display at the visitor center. The whole visitor center is pretty much dedicated to the movie.
